We deliver throughout New Zealand from MONDAY TO FRIDAY only (sorry a weekend delivery is not currently available). Orders placed before 9:00am (Monday to Friday) are treated with high priority. Orders received after 9:00am or on a weekend may be subject to a delay – and delivery may take up to two days.
We use NZ Couriers for all our deliveries. All parcels require a signature. If there is noone home the courier will leave a card so that the recipient can phone to re-arrange delivery.
Apartment + Building Deliveries
Clear indication of floor number and unit number as well as street address should be provided. It is a good idea to include recipient’s mobile phone number or organise a specific delivery time with them (if possible) and place these in the message and delivery instruction box during the online checkout process.PO Box Delivery
Unfortunately it is not possible to deliver to post office boxes unless the recipient has a large parcel holding facility organised with their post office.Rural Delivery
Rural deliveries may take an extra day or two depending on the address.Incorrectly Addressed Orders
Unfortunately incorrect addresses or bounce backs will be charged redelivery fees as the courier passes on these costs to us, so please ensure the delivery information you provide at the checkout is correct and phone us immediately on 0274 204 515 if you think you have made an error so we can be sure your gift arrives on time. We always do our best to ensure that your item is delivered promptly.| We recommend ordering a few days or more in advance but understand this is not always possible, so if you have concerns, or to find out about a particular order or destination call 0274 204 515 to talk to us, you can also leave a note in the message section for us during the checkout process if ordering online (the order process is very simple and has notes of explanation). |
